Privacy policy
EFNG S.R.L. is the controller of your data. Here is what we collect, why, and for how long.
1. What we collect
Your email address, to sign you in and send order confirmations. Name, phone and delivery address, only if you place an order. The contents of any quote request you send. We do not collect card details: payments are handled by Stripe and we never see the card number.
2. Why we use it
To perform the contract (delivering your order, answering your enquiry) and to meet our legal invoicing and record-keeping obligations. We do not send marketing unless you explicitly ask for it.
3. Who we share it with
Resend, for sending email. Stripe, for processing payments. The courier, for delivery. Our hosting provider. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. How long we keep it
Accounting records: 10 years, as Romanian law requires. Your account and order history: as long as the account exists. Quote requests that went nowhere: 2 years. You can ask for deletion at any time, subject to those statutory retention periods.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to flaviu@efngineering.com and we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
6. Cookies
Strictly what is needed: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and one that remembers your language. Your cart lives in your own browser, not on our servers. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
