CNC routing, joinery and finishing
The router handles nesting, pockets, inlays and 3D relief; everything after that is bench work. We cut our own joinery rather than relying on fasteners, and we finish in-house so the piece you see is the piece that ships.
Milling, turning, welding and sheet fabrication
Three-axis milling and CNC turning cover most part geometry; the press brake and welding bays cover everything built from sheet and tube. We fit and inspect assemblies before they leave, so bolt holes line up on site.
FDM, resin and machined plastics
A bank of FDM machines runs engineering filaments for parts that have to survive being used; the resin printer covers anything where surface detail matters more than toughness. We fit heat-set inserts and finish parts so they arrive ready to install, not ready to sand.
