Terms of service
These terms govern use of efngineering.com and orders placed with EFNG S.R.L. Placing an order means accepting them.
1. Who we are
EFNG S.R.L., registered office at Strada Morii nr. 10, Târgu Lăpuș, Maramureș, Companies Register no. J2026024100001, tax identification code 54467685. Reach us at flaviu@efngineering.com.
2. What we sell
Two different things. Catalogue products: pieces we designed and made, in small batches or as one-offs. And commission work: made to your specification and quoted individually. Sections 4 and 5 apply differently to each.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in Romanian lei and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. One-off pieces exist in a single example; if one sells between you adding it to the cart and paying, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Right of withdrawal for catalogue products
You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving a catalogue product, without giving a reason, under Romanian OUG 34/2014. The product must come back in the condition it arrived in. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours. We refund within 14 days of the product reaching us.
5. Commission work
Work made to your specification is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under OUG 34/2014 art. 16(c): it is personalised and cannot be resold. That is exactly why you get a quote and, where it helps, a 3D model to approve before any material is cut. What you approve is what we make.
6. Warranty
Products carry the statutory 2-year conformity warranty. Beyond that, we repair anything we made: wear and accidents are quoted at cost, and anything that failed because we got it wrong is repaired free, however long it has been.
7. Lead times
Published lead times are estimates and start when the order is confirmed and any drawing is approved. If a date is going to slip, we tell you before it passes, not after.
8. Disputes
We would rather sort it out directly. Write to us. Failing that you may contact ANPC, Romania's consumer protection authority, or the EU ODR platform. Romanian law governs.
